AboutI am a Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Division. I completed my PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley and previously studied at Johns Hopkins' School of Advanced International Studies and at Wesleyan University. I've spent a number of years living and working in different parts of Africa, including Peace Corps service in Niger and a year with the World Bank in Malawi.
