I am an Economist in the World Bank Research Group's Development Impact Evaluation unit (DIME). Previously I was a Research Fellow at IFPRI. I completed my PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley and also studied at Johns Hopkins' School of Advanced International Studies as well as Wesleyan University. I'm proud to have served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger from 2006-08.
